You start to see a pattern emerging in my two wheel vehicles, right? Right! As for now, They're all red! (OK, technically the scooter cum side-car unit has three wheels, four if you count the spare.) Not much to say on this one; this is a bike!

I'm not that fond of sports cars. (I don't like'em in fact.) However, as soon as I saw this one pictured on the internet at the end of last year before its release, I knew I had to have it. It just looks nice! Plus it's cheap. What could you ask for?

This is one the newest additions to my collection, if not the newest, and I show it to you now, not to go through my vehicles in a chronological order. No additions or modifications to this one (except a licence plate at the rear, maybe? I don't even remember!), it is just as its designers designed it, I even applied the stickers, which I don't always do, but it makes perfect sense here! 

Oh! And drive carefully on open roads! Even behind the wheel of a rally car! Don't be an arse!

Tutti a Bordo! (Tous à Bordeau!)

I've shown you until now vehicles of mine hardly modified, if at all. But this one is different! I had to have a "Vespa" scooter, and as soon as I got one, I decided to build a small side-car to go with it. And before anyone of you mentions, yes, I know I'll get nowhere if nobody seats on the scooter to drive!

The build was not that easy for its size, or because of its size, rather : at such a tiny scale, you can't mess around, you rather have the good part and the good idea to use it, or you don't! If the weather is nice later in the summer, maybe I'll use this one outside the photo studio and along the beach!

Lego Technic set 42001

This is the ultimate all terrains vehicle in my collection, and, dare I say? Maybe in all Couteau. Crazy suspension, you can climb anything and those huge tires certainly help. Once again, I was for a time the only lucky folk to own such tires in Couteau, (on several vehicles), but once again, I'm not any more! And once again, it is my only fault as I offered a 4 x 4 equipped of those tires to a VIP of my acquaintances. But anyway, the most important is not the size of you tires but what you do with them. For me, I hardly ever use this car, but still, I'm glad to have it, for sure!

4 x 4

This 4 x 4, the second car of this collection I bought, has barely been modified either. I certainly didn't alter the design of it, and the additions I made to it are minor. And more importantly, I never took it apart for scrap! The reason why I still have it in pristine condition is simple : this off-roader is awesome! I drive it regularly (though not quite as much recently) for private errands as well as on official law enforcement duty. A con I could mention is the narrowness of the cab : it is a bit of a tight squeeze for two, and even sometimes for one, depending on your size and your head-wear!

I have to say, anecdotally, I was the first one to have such big wheels on an everyday car in Couteau, but now this type of wheels have become fairly common, of course (and partly because of me!). But next time, I'll show you a car (still road legal!) with even bigger wheels!

Arctic Crawler

Without further ado, this is the first vehicle I bought in 2013, was it? I still enjoy it very much, and it is an early testimony to my taste for tracked vehicles. It is so well done I didn't modify it, just added the yellow and blue warning lights on the roof, and that's it!

This very nice and compact vehicle is quite useful to patrol the grounds around the palace of Versailles where a lot of marshy and boggy areas remain. It may come in handy in case of snow as well, but I'm not even sure there was snow in Versailles since I own this crawler. Or maybe once? Anyway, the bed (as they say in the US) is quite helpful for transporting goods or men alike -- although I suppose not that confortable for the latter; but I usually drive myself or don't ride at all. So, who cares?

Versatile, solid and easy to drive (the crawler is equipped with a steering wheel), this vehicle remains one of my favorites in my entire collection.
